Our President
Meet Brother Hugues, our Community Outreach President
Born into a large family with three (3) sisters and two (2) brothers, I attended primary school at the Frère Mathelier Mixed School and secondary school. I also pursued university studies (FDSE), Faculty of Law and Economics, University of Port-au-Prince. I am married and the father of three (3) children.
Biography of Hugues Frédérique
A seasoned leader, management expert, and pioneer of the green circular economy, my career is marked by an unwavering commitment to sustainability and social empowerment. As an engineer specializing in the recovery of plastic and household waste, and director of a recycling and eco-construction company, I have made environmental protection a core mission, focusing on resource preservation. Beyond simple administrative management, I have the ability to transform environmental constraints into opportunities for sustainable growth.
Personal Life and Values
Born into a large family of two brothers and three sisters, I cultivate values of sharing and resilience. Married and a father of three, I work daily to leave a healthy environmental legacy for future generations.
Community Involvement
Alongside my creative talents and industrial successes, I founded the Caribbean Frater Club. This project stems from a desire for empowerment and autonomy for the brothers, illustrating my social leadership. I am supported by my loyal collaborators, Harris J. Lalane, Jean R. Gay, to build a strong and inspiring network of solidarity.
Passion
My favorite sport is basketball. In this sport, I find the principles that guide my life as a leader, knowing that a vision cannot be achieved without a strong team. Precision, skill, and collective strength—anything is possible.
